Vento is Italy's most active private early-stage fund, fully backed by Exor. With our second fund, we are investing €75M to empower exceptional Italian founders globally. Since 2022, we’ve invested in over 150 early-stage startups worldwide, 60 in 2025 only, with the goal of scaling to 100 investments annually. Our €150,000 pre-seed and seed investment comes with simple terms, a streamlined decision-making process, and access to a unique network.
Beyond investments, Vento drives innovation through Reef, our venture building program, and Wave, our tech conference, creating an ecosystem where founders excel.
Reef is a 5-month intensive program designed to turn ambitious individuals into successful founders. We select participants who don’t yet have a team or an idea and help them find the right co-founders and real problems worth solving.
Wave (formerly Italian Tech Week) is one of the leading tech conferences in Europe, bringing together founders, investors, operators, and innovators from around the world. The last edition welcomed 15K+ attendees and 200+ speakers, featuring 45 masterclasses and 90+ Side Events.
As we continue to grow our audience and community, we are looking for a Growth Intern (Curricular) to help us expand participation, structure our audience, and build meaningful relationships with companies and investors. This is a hands-on role with high exposure, steep learning, and real ownership.
Your role as a Growth Intern
During your Curricular Internship as a Growth Intern, you will work horizontally across our core acquisition channels - from email marketing to outbound outreach - to grow the audience of Wave by engaging companies, VCs, scaleups, and key players in the Italian and European tech ecosystem.
At the side of the Head of Events, you will:
Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to nurture and convert our growing database of prospects and community members
Run structured outbound sequences at scale via email and LinkedIn to generate awareness and drive ticket sales and partnerships
Craft personalized outreach to high-value targets, starting with VCs and key ecosystem players via LinkedIn and email to build meaningful relationships
Manage the full sales funnel: outreach, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Work closely with the team to refine positioning, messaging, and targeting based on real data and feedback
Contribute to the overall growth strategy and expansion of the Wave community

You’re Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable working with multiple digital tools and platforms, and you enjoy figuring out new systems quickly.
Experience isn't a requirement: This is an Intern position. We value attitude, initiative, and adaptability over previous experience. We’re looking for people who are ready to step out of their comfort zone and grow fast.

6-month paid CURRICULAR internship - Full-Time
Compensation: €1200/month net
Location: OGR, Turin (Italy)
