ZeroUno is a hands-on, unscripted, workshop-based event where every session is designed to lead to something concrete: a pitch draft, an ideation framework, effective fundraising tips, a co-founder lead, or a meaningful new connection.

It brings together 40 of the most promising future founders in Italy with founders of the country’s leading scaleups and unicorns, alongside top venture capital firms committed to building the next generation of Italian tech.

You’ll learn directly from those who’ve raised millions, scaled fast, and are building the most ambitious companies in the Italian ecosystem. Expect real talk, not theory: what they wish they knew when they were in your shoes.

Participants are selected through an open application process. We’re looking for ambitious individuals at the very beginning of their entrepreneurial journey – pre-idea, pre-company, pre-seed, pre-funding – who are ready to build.

Our objectives:

• Accelerate zero-to-one by sharing real, unfiltered playbooks on problem discovery, MVP design, and early capital.
  

• De-risk the first fundraise by clarifying term sheets, investor types, and capital sources.
  

• Enable a cycle of reciprocity: scale-up founders giving back, new founders moving faster, and venture capital providing leverage at the right time.
  

• Build a national peer cohort of future founders who support each other from day zero.
